People Have A Lot Of Feelings About Marcia Clark's Treatment On "The People V. O.J. Simpson"

    On last night's episode of The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, viewers got a glimpse into the hardships that Marcia Clark, the head prosecutor in the O.J. Simpson murder trial, had to deal with outside the courtroom.

    Not only was Clark going through a divorce and custody battle, but the lawyer was also on the receiving end of much scrutiny and criticism from the media and general public.

    She was talked into getting a haircut because people were so obsessed with her image, but then that ended up backfiring even more.

    There was also a moment when Clark's cashier at the grocery store said, "Uh oh, I guess the defense is in for one hell of a week, huh?” because she was purchasing tampons.

    Everyone was shocked at how cruel people were to Marcia Clark.

    Strangers on the internet felt compelled to apologize to Marcia Clark on behalf of the rest of humanity.

    Viewers were also very impressed with Sarah Paulson's depiction of Clark, highlighting how powerful her acting was.
