It's been three months since we had to say goodbye to Rosewood forever with the series finale of Pretty Little Liars, and tbh, I'm still not over it.
But for anyone else who has had a Liar-sized gaping hole in their hearts, I've got some *really great news*: Freeform has officially greenlit a pilot for Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, a PLL spinoff.
And even better news: Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish will reprise their Pretty Little Liars roles in the new pilot.
The new show will be based on Sara Shepard's popular book series The Perfectionists, which sounds eerily similar to life in Rosewood:
Everything about the town of Beacon Heights seems perfect, from their top-tier college to their overachieving residents. But nothing in Beacon Heights is as it appears to be. The stress of needing to be perfect leads to the town’s first murder. Behind every Perfectionist is a secret, a lie and a needed alibi.
And iconic PLL show creator Marlene King is also on board for the new drama pilot:
