    1. Visits children in the hospital

    Henrik stopped by New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital to visit some of his most loyal fans and put smiles on children’s faces.

    2. Started his own foundation

    After working with the Garden of Dreams, Henrik and his wife Therese decided to start their own foundation to help those in need in the NYC area.

    3. Partners with his local Food Bank

    The Henrik Lundqvist Foundation is a proud partner of the New York City Food Bank that helps provide meals to families in NYC, Sweden and other parts of the world.

    4. Helps bring school supplies to those that need them in the Dominican Republic

    His foundation, the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation, collected over 25 boxes worth of school supplies, books, hygiene products and children’s clothing to distribute during their visit to the Together for Better Cumajon school and in Veron.

    5. Helps support the Garden of Dreams Foundation

    The Garden of Dreams Foundation is a non-profit organization that works with The Madison Square Garden Company to positively impact the lives of children facing obstacles.

    6. He teaches kids to give back

    Henrik just launched his Young Ambassadors program which will encourage people to help give back to their community.

    8. Donated his hockey mask to the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center

    In 2015, Henrik donated his game work masks to the exhibit, Saving Face: The Evolution of the Catcher and Goalie Mask.

    9. Organizes and conducts numerous raffles and auctions to help raise money for charity

    Henrik hosted a silent auction at his October Gotham Cover event, of which 100% of the proceeds went to HLF. In total HLF was able to raise over $25,000!

    10. Raised a significant amount of money for charity with his TV show The Mask

    Henrik raised over $220,000 dollars for HLF from his hand designed masks.
