A Scientific Study Found That The More Kids A Woman Has, The Slower She Ages

    Wait, what?

Well, here we are, moms. Let's dive in to some scientific research...

A 2016 study by Simon Fraser University researchers found that the more kids a woman has, the slower she ages. I know this study is three years old...but, like, research is research.

And, go ahead, you can laugh.

The study says that women who give birth to more children have longer telomeres. Telomeres are the protective tips at the end of each DNA strand and are a characteristic of cellular aging.

Apparently, longer telomeres are essential to cell replication and are correlated with your life span.

Because lack of sleep doesn't age you at all.

    Neither does stress.

So, there you have it. Science. Do you believe it?
