This Artist's Illustrations Perfectly Show What Life Is Like In A Long-Term Relationship

So funny, so cute, so true.

Los Angeles-based artist, Amanda Oleander, shows what true love really is in her hilarious and touching illustrations of couples in everyday, deeply personal moments.

Oleander gets inspiration mostly from her own relationship with boyfriend Joey Rudman, but she also gets ideas from other relationships like her sister's.

She captures moments like when you can't stand bae's blackhead any longer.

Or when you discover their back zit in bed.

When you want to care for your sick partner so much it doesn’t matter if you get sick, too.

When morning breath is kind of OK.

When you get surprised after dinner with chocolate.

That moment you're trying to sleep, but your partner's hair is draped across your face.

When phone sex takes on a whole new meaning.

When the thermostat is your biggest problem.

When your partner cares about sports...and you care about food.

When you have no shame about not shaving around your partner.

When you gotta grab that pic of your partner sleeping.

When your partner happily cuts your first grey hair because you can't bear to look at it.

When naked cuddles are the best cuddles.

And when your toenails actually draw blood in bed.

When watching your partner take care of your child makes you love them even more.

When things get hot in bed, but you can't continue because the dog is watching.

When your partner likes really, really hot showers.

When a homemade meal means the world.

And when you spend an entire day on the couch, eating and binge-watching your favorite show.
