A few months ago, TikTok user @kneelyknight went viral for expressing how upset she was after getting her nails done:

The video has gained over 16 million views, and people who have experienced similar ~nail trauma~ are now sharing what they wanted their nails to look like vs. what they got. For example, user @giannacharles got a completely different color than what she asked for:
