JLo's 74-Year-Old Mom Proved She Definitely Gave Jen Her Dance Moves

Guadalupe Rodríguez is still "dancing like a teenager."

This is Jennifer Lopez's mom, Guadalupe Rodríguez. She turned 74 years old last Thursday and, just like Jen, she looks about 20 years younger than she actually is.

So, on her mother's birthday, Jennifer brought her on stage to dance during one of her shows.

Jennifer said to the crowd, "My number one fan happens to be here in the audience tonight. It happens to be her birthday, too. Say hello to my mother, my mom." The camera then zooms in on Guadalupe who obviously does not look ready for the moment.

TBH, she has the best "mom stare" I've ever seen.

But, I think Guadalupe knew deep down what a disservice it would be to not show us her moves. So, she obliged and headed up to the stage...where she instantly got draped with a lovely feather robe, because, royalty.

She started dancing and singing Jennifer's song "Hold It Don't Drop It" along with her.

They both started getting down and Jen even told her "faster" as the two intensified their moves along with the tempo.

Every move was just on point!

Guad even got a birthday cake at the end!

And the sweet message Jen wrote in her Instagram caption proved that Jen truly does get a lot of great qualities from her mama.

"People ask me where I get my energy from, my drive, my dance moves lol...well now you know...Guadalupe... my mommy... for as long back as I can remember, I can see her dancing, laughing and lighting up every room she was in. she is the definition of youthful and timeless at every age... she loved music and movies and history and musicals and believed in true love... and she put all of that into me... and I am all the better for it. You made me who I am today... you’re 74 today Mommy, Beautiful as ever, alive as ever and still dancing like a teenager...thank you for loving me the way you do, for everything, for being you, there aren’t enough words, I love you forever ♥️ Happy Birthday you force of nature."

Hope your birthday was wonderful, Guadalupe!
