Meet Michelena and her husband Uzi. Uzi is from Israel and has been living in America for about 15 years. Together, they have three beautiful kids:
Recently, their oldest child — Avichai — lost his tooth. So, here's where the fun comes in. Since Michelena's husband did not know exactly what the tooth fairy was supposed to do, she told him a parent has to dress up like the tooth fairy to retrieve the tooth while the kid is sleeping.
And Uzi willingly did just that. Michelena recorded him and shared the hilarious video on TikTok — which went viral with over a million views:
BuzzFeed spoke to Michelena, who said the idea came to her when her son's tooth first started getting wiggly. "It just clicked for me that I was going to have him dress up!"
The day Avichai lost his tooth, they went to the store to pick out an outfit. Later that night, Uzi wore it, retrieved the tooth, sprinkled some glitter, and left $20! The most impressive part is that none of their kids ever woke up:
Michelena said that even though she and Uzi are currently separated, they still have the same fun family dynamic and realize that love and laughter is essential to raising their kids — whether they're together or not. "We live a life that is all about laughter. So, for us, moments like this happen daily," she said. And I think we can all agree they are doing an amazing job at that!
