I Did A Taste Test On Five Different Cauliflower Crust Pizzas From The Grocery Store And Here's Which Ones Are The Best

    Pizza. Pizza.

If there's one thing we can count on in life, it's pizza.

And the whole low-carb, cauliflower crust pizza has had me intrigued for quite some time.

So, I decided to try out five pre-made, frozen cauliflower pizzas from local grocery stores. I rated each pizza on a scale of one to five pizzas (five pizzas being the best tasting and one pizza being the worst). I also had my husband and son give me their opinion of each pizza, you know, for fun.

Nutrition facts for 1/2 of the pizza: 380 calories, 18 grams of fat, 37 grams of carbs, and 16 grams of protein.

Overall rating: one out of five pizzas.

Nutrition facts for 1/4 of the pizza: 310 calories, 21 grams of fat, 9 grams of carbs, and 20 grams of protein.

Overall rating: one and a half out of five pizzas. (ONLY BECAUSE OF THE CHEESE.)

Nutrition facts for 1/5 of the pizza: 320 calories, 13 grams of fat, 38 grams of carbs, and 14 grams of protein.

Overall rating: three out of five pizzas.

Nutrition facts for 1/3 of the pizza: 250 calories, 12 grams of fat, 24 grams of carbs, and 14 grams of protein.

Overall rating: four out of five pizzas.

Nutrition facts for 1/4 of the pizza: 230 calories, 8 grams of fat, 27 grams of carbs, and 12 grams of protein.

Overall rating: four and a half out of five pizzas.

Now go sneak yourself a cauliflower pizza into somewhere.
