Mostly when you are in middle school you have known most of the people you are in class with for a while and know each other well. This means you joke with each other more, you have inside jokes. Also you tell more jokes making the day, classes, and just middle school as a whole more fun.

9. Parents give us more freedom than younger siblings.

When we were young we had to go to bed at a certain time and do our daily morning routine. In middle school most of our parents let us stay up as late as you want. you follow a routine that changes daily. You are in charge of yourself and sometimes in charge of your younger siblings.

8. We get to use laptops

Laptops are cool because it gives a better perspective for high school. We don't have to put them up take them out constantly. We take notes on them and do most of our assignments online. We listen to music which is proven to help with memory.

7. We have less responsibility than a high schooler.

We don't have to do so much homework and we don't have to keep up with our laptops 24/7. We do have some responsibilities like chores and homework (what little we have) yes we do carry around a laptop but we don't take it home.

6. We get to be Clubs

In middle school there are clubs you can join depending on interests. You can also be in clubs like Beta depending on your grades. Clubs like these recognise you for your accomplishments.

5. Teachers

During the day you change classes meaning you have more than one teacher. This is nice because you don't have the same teacher the whole day.you get to move around so you are not stuck at a desk all day. It also makes school more fun.

4. Easier than high school

We don't have to look after a laptop 24/7 so we don't have to worry about leaving the charger at school or if the computer is in good shape. We do get to carry around the laptops in school and some of the time these rules apply to us.

3. Lockers

We have lockers that way we can put our personal things in during the day. This is nice because we don't have to carry our stuff with you everywhere. Also it has a door so no one can just walk by and look in.

This is another great thing about middle school. Before middle school, the teachers walked you everywhere! They didn't give us any freedom. They were always there and it almost was annoying. Now, we get to switch classes and the teachers don't walk us there and make sure we're in a "straight line". Also this year we get to carry around computers and use them in class! That makes it more fun also!

This is the best part about middle school because your team is away to meet new people. now you get to play for the school because you are in middle school. I think sports are fun and middle school is boring. So the sports make it more interesting and fun. With sports, schools not so bad.
