ANSWER: If you said the hottest new Xmas parody in years, you're right!!

...because you've waited FOREVER for a new Xmas song you could actually love!

Seattle's Steve Jones [aka "MC L8X"] and "they go pop!" re-inflate an old favorite with a Xmas spin! (See what we did there?) Seriously...who doesn't love cute kids, cool parodies, and THOUSANDS OF BALLOONS?? Steve, primarily an awesome balloon decor artist, creates the amazing backdrop for this send up of Cake's classic hit, "The Distance". Fronted by Seattle karaoke host, Rio Ventura, and singer/songwriter, Irene Pena-Zeilman, Seattle cover band "they go pop!" (who performed the song) are featured in this adorable video.

(PSSST! - a link to this video could be the best Xmas card you've sent in years!) NOW who's the coolest kid on the block, huh?

No more hanging your head in shame at the mall. You can finally join those Xmas carolers without losing your cool points. You're welcome...

    (Oh yeah, and Happy Holidays!)
