    Designer DIY: Lace Aviator Sunglasses

    Inspired by a pair of $295 Valentino sunglasses, this tutorial will show you how to make a similar pair for a fraction of the price. Sorry, Valentino - it's you, not me.

    Aviator sunglasses...

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    ...and lace or floral nail decals.

    STEP 1) Add the decals

    Wipe the lens clean before starting. Beginning in the top corner of the lens, apply decals along the edge.

    Add as many or as little as you'd like! The number of decals will also depend on the size and type you're using.

    I decided to accent the "lace trim" with the smallest decals (the tiny roses), one at each end.

    STEP 3) Repeat

    Repeat on the other lens.

    Step 4) Wear!

    Smooth out the decals. Not bad for MUCH less than $295!
