Your partner or "DYAD" becomes your instant BFF....
Training week is so much fun because it's all so new to you...
You become SO attached to your residents...
You cherish those rare moments when you don't have weekend duty...ALL WEEKEND!
When your friends get mad at you for not being able to hang out, you're like...
Those awkward moments when your residents talk bout sensitive subjects...
This is you on the last round, hoping that an incident doesn't happen...
Then you realize, you really are on the perfect staff :)
