Hilary Duff is back! After a seven-year hiatus, the former teen queen is ready to start a new chapter and reclaim her rightful place as pop music's most relatable star. She's got a new look, a new sound and a new single, "Chasing the Sun," out July 29. To celebrate, the singer (and a couple of drag queens!) stopped by Marquee in New York City last night to premiere the much-anticipated song.
Hours before Hilary even showed up, the DJ made the crowd lose their minds by playing an amazing remix of "What Dream Are Made Of."

The crowd was treated to a spectacular pre-show organized by Voss NYC.
But when Hilary arrived at 12:45 a.m. everybody turned their attention the VIP section.

And nothing could win them back, not even this gentleman.
Not when Hilary Duff was walking around looking hot in a pair of thigh-high boots.
When it was time for the main event, Milk from RuPaul's Drag Race kicked things off by reminding fans why they love Hilary in the first place.
Her performance of "So Yesterday" brought the house down.
She followed it up with an homage to Hilary's pregnancy set to "Come Clean."

Afterwards, Miss Pussy Couture took the stage to perform some of Hilary's later hits.

With the crowd finally ready, Hilary took the stage.
After a brief chat with Perez Hilton, she introduced the Dave Aude remix of her new single "Chasing the Sun."

The mix was hard to hear but that didn't stop fans from going wild.
And while Hilary quickly retreated to the VIP area after the song was over, she took to Twitter to assure everyone that the love was mutual.
