Kelly And Dan's " Dancing With The Stars Style" First Wedding Dance

Our first wedding dance takes over the top surprise wedding dances to a whole new level! Dan says to me one day while daydreaming about our upcoming nuptials that our first dance should be EPIC!! My response? Well, I said you are speaking to the right gal!! And that is what set us on the path for a full on "Dancing With the Stars" dance routine complete with a costume change so we could even incorporate lifts to make use of all the hard work we put into our intense workouts. I reached out to a former choreographer and he was delighted to assist! He knew I could pull it off, but was throughly impressed with Dan's innate skills and determination to master them! Next, I needed to be sure that my dress would come off quickly to reveal the real dance costume and so our family friend and seamstress worked with me over several meetings to snap me in so I could snap out in a hurry! My Maids of Honor were not at all surprised that were were planning to pull off such a stunt and were eager to help. Lastly, in order for the costume change to take place, we needed a few minutes of entertainment from our DJ and we had the right guy for that!
