Killer action mixed with witty one-liners - what's not to love?

1. Kick-Ass

Kick-Ass is a film that definitely lives up to its name. Aaron Johnson plays Dave, a comic book geek who decides to reinvent himself as a superhero, despite a complete lack of super powers. With nothing but brute force and a flashy wet suit he bought online, Dave sets out on his crime-fighting adventures and soon becomes a local sensation. Dave also joins forces with the father/daughter vigilante duo played by action movie star Nicolas Cage and Chloe Grace Moretz for double the fun. The icing on this cake? Superbad's Christopher Mintz-Plasse, who plays Red Mist, another wannabe crime fighter turned bad, who serves up some serious trouble for the trio -- and some serious laughter for the viewers.

2. The A-Team

A group of former Special Forces operatives who have been fighting the good fight for eight years find nothing to laugh about when they're sentenced to military prison for a crime they didn't commit. Breaking out is the easy part, but the path to proving their innocence leads the guys on a dangerous quest filled with plenty of action -- and plenty of laughs. The Hangover's Bradley Cooper, UFC star Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson, and everyone's favorite badass, Liam Neeson, star in this explosive 1980s action series reboot.

3. Rush Hour

Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker are the ultimate crime-fighting duo in everyone's favorite buddy-cop film. When Hong Kong Chinese Consul Han is sent on a diplomatic mission to Los Angeles, his 11-year-old daughter, Soo Young is abducted by an international criminal mastermind. It's up to Inspector Lee and LAPD detective James Carter to bring her home -- if they can find a way to work together. Chan brings the action by doing his own stunts, and Tucker brings home the jokes. If Rush Hour doesn't already have you convinced that these two are a match made in action-comedy heaven, then Rush Hour 2 and Rush Hour 3 should do the trick.

4. Black Dynamite

Michael Jai White kicks some serious butt in this blaxpliotation action-comedy. After "The Man" kills his brother and poisons the neighborhood with tainted liquor, kung fu legend "Black Dynamite" wages a war that takes him all the way to Nixon's White House. Filled with hilarious one-liners that are delivered with the same precision as his martial arts moves, Michael Jai White's performance in Black Dynamite is sure to knock the wind out of you... in a good way!

5. Vigilante Diaries

Featuring a brilliant cast that includes Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, and Helen Mirren, Red proves to be a fun-filled action flick that shows you're never too old to kick some major ass.

7. Kung Fu Hustle

Stephen Chow directs and stars in this hilarious, special-effects-filled, action-packed martial arts epic set in early 1940s China. Chow plays a bumbling thief named Sing whose goal is to become a member of the dreaded gangster hit squad known as The Axe Gang. But as a right of passage into the gang, Sing must first commit murder. Determined to join the gang, he attempts to rob a run-down apartment complex known as Pig Sty Alley.
