1. Lea Michele

How can so much talent be rolled into such a tiny person? Michele started her career in the Broadway production of RAGTIME when she was just 12 years old. She later found more success on stage as the lead in SPRING AWAKENING. As if that was not enough, Michele further proved her vocal chops as diva Rachel Berry on the popular TV series "Glee." Michele has also appeared in films like NEW YEAR'S EVE and LEGENDS OF OZ, and is currently back on TV on the hit show "Scream Queens." I think it is safe to say she's doing all right.

2. Kristin Chenoweth

Another pint-sized beauty packed with talent! Chenoweth first made a name for herself in the Broadway community when she won a Tony for her role as Sally in YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN. She also originated the role of Glinda in the fan favorite musical WICKED. Besides being one of Broadway's biggest stars, Chenoweth has also had a successful run on the small screen in shows like "Pushing Daises", "Glee", and "GCB." She has also appeared in many films including RV, YOU AGAIN and the upcoming coming-of-age film HARD SELL in which she plays an unstable single mom to her teenage son played by Skyler Gisondo. Chenoweth may be small but she certainly defies gravity!

3. Kristen Bell

Bell grew up doing musical theatre playing iconic roles like Annie and Dorothy. When she graduated from college, Bell went on to star in the original Broadway cast of TOM SAWYER. Her big break came when she landed the title role in the teen mystery series "Veronica Mars" and her career has taken off from there. Bell is one of Hollywood’s biggest stars with roles in such films as FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL, COUPLES RETREAT, WHEN IN ROME and many more. Bell also voiced the character of Princess Anna in the hugely popular Disney film FROZEN. This girl is on fire!

4. Laura Benanti

She didn't just stop on Broadway though - Benanti has also successfully taken the leap from stage to screen. Benanti starred opposite Antonio Banderas in the film TAKE THE LEAD and has leading roles in the following TV shows - "Nashville," "Supergirl" and "The Playboy Club." She is currently also starring in the Broadway revival of SHE LOVES ME. Can she multi-task? YES!

5. Kerry Washington

Could this woman be more of an icon? Washington has skyrocketed to fame as the ultimate boss Olivia Pope on the hit TV show "Scandal." But this beauty’s career has spanned even further as she starred in the original Broadway production of RACE, as well as lent her talents to such films as DJANGO UNCHAINED, THE FANTASTIC FOUR, MR. AND MRS. SMITH, SAVE THE LAST DANCE and RAY. Not to mention, roles on iconic television shows like "Boston Legal and "Law & Order." We bow down Ms Washington.

6. Christina Applegate

Applegate got her start as snarky Kelly Bundy on the cult classic TV show "Married With Children" and has risen to the top as one of Hollywood’s funny leading ladies. She has led TV shows including "Up All Night," "Samantha Who?" and "Jesse." Applegate’s film credits include such comedies as ANCHORMAN, VACATION, HALL PASS and THE ROCKER.
