    Otto's pizza, located right on the Newburyport Waterfront, was founded in Portland, ME ! Not only is the pizza great, the view is fantastic! Enjoy any size pizza with any topping you want! Otto's is a local pizza shop that everyone lovessss. Did I mention they deliver on bikes?
