Wander down the beaten path for a bit. There is always a trail out there if you look for it. Looking at local state or National Parks will help you find many enjoyable hikes. Maybe if you're on the East Coast, you'll want to take some time on the Appalachian Trail or explore those trails in Harpers Ferry National Park or Shenandoah National Park. The West Coast has some amazing trails to look out for, as well.

7. Get Some Fishing In
