Oh, don't squish the bread, don't squish the bread! Maybe if bread was a real food, it wouldn't need every single person in the store looking after it. You're a big girl, bread. Please act like it.

5. Cereal

Why does cereal come in that big ass, awkward shaped box? Is there a reason that it comes in a bag within a box? Is there a reason that box has to be so big? It takes up space and it gets in the way. Cereal, please do less.

4. 12 Packs of Soda

There is nothing more obnoxious than the dimensions of the 12-pack boxes. Whether it be soda, juice, seltzer water, anything. Buying 12 packs of anything is the absolute worst. Even if they were light enough to fit in a bag, they wouldn't be able to. So the bagger puts a little "thank you" sticker on it. Where's my "thank you" sticker? said the Oreos.

3. Milk

Who wants to explain milk's deal to me? Why, oh why does milk feel the need to be double bagged? Why does it think it can be heavier than the rest of the items and be the only item in two bags at once!? What makes you think you are so special, milk???

2. Deli Meats

Let me get this straight. There is an entire counter, with its own staff, dedicated to...deli meats. They cut up the meats to order and even let you sample a little bitch piece. Uh. Why? How come there can't be a cookie counter? Why do deli meats, of all foods, get their own section? Come pre-packaged deli meats. And stop using so much plastic wrap.

Can someone please tell me why eggs think they are so goddamn superior? Not only do they get their own separate bag at the supermarket, but the bagger ACTUALLY FEELS THE NEED TO TELL YOU WHERE THEY'VE PUT YOUR EGGS. What, do you think my tomatoes are less important than my eggs? Eggs need to man up. They've got a protective shell for a reason. Use it.
