You're definitely someone who likes a little bit of heart-racing thrills; whether you are being chased or are doing the chasing. Can you stop the villains, save the child, protect the world? If so, then read on! I suggest starting off with titles like _Gone Girl_ by Gillian Flynn or _A Good Girl's Guide to Murder_ by Holly Jackson.

Thriller

Cutting edge technology, robots, futuristic worlds, AI — that's your jam. Computers who have personalities, little raccoons who can talk and drive ships — yup, it's all there. But at what expense? Find out by reading a sci-fi novel. I suggest starting off with titles like _A Court of Thorns and Roses_ by Sarah J. Maas or _Dark Matter_ by Blake Crouch.

Science Fiction

A little bit of magic, a smidgeon of sorcery, a couple of creatures not from around here, and you have the makings of a very good story. Is it realistic? Nah. But so what? Sometimes a little escapism is what we need from the doldrums of our dreary days. I suggest starting off with titles like _Caraval_ by Stephanie Garbar or _The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue_ by V. E. Schwab.

Fantasy

Ah, family, friends, and society. With conflicting morals, ethics, ideals, laws, and personalities, it's a wonder we still function as a society! But in the end, we still need each other, despite our conflicts, despite our issues. So why read about it? Well, sometimes to make us realize that we aren't alone in feeling the way we feel; that there are others who have similar situations; to find comfort in knowing you're not wrong in feeling how you feel, but maybe to also gain perspective from the other side. Maybe to understand why people do what they do, or at least understand it a bit better. I suggest starting off with titles like _The Inheritance Games_ by Jennifer Lynn Barnes or _The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo_ by Taylor Jenkins Reid.
