Kate Major: A Timeline Of Her Abrupt Descent

Kate Major is looking at some major jail time. A look at how she went from your average Star Magazine reporter to a hot mess charged with assault just days after getting out of rehab.

July 2009. Kate Major is assigned an interview with Jon Gosselin, and quits her job after falling for him.

September 2009. After Gosselin denies ever having had a romance with Major, she fires back, “I will take a lie detector test."

3.

April 2010. Major re-emerges, this time announcing her engagement to Michael Lohan.

4.

March 2011. Lohan is arrested for allegedly assaulting Major. The two break up.

5.

October 2011. But not so fast! Lohan is arrested for alleged domestic battery, again, after Major reportedly refused him sex.

November 7, 2011. Major is escorted off a flight at LAX after allegedly assaulting a passenger on a flight.

November 21, 2011. Major checks into rehab.

January 8, 2012. Major checks out of rehab.

9.

January 14, 2012. Major allegedly attacks a couple in a Florida parking lot and kicks a police officer as he tries to restrain her. She adds that he is a "fat fuck."

March 2, 2012. Major is charged with battery for the Jan. 14 attack.
