My niece been hounding me for 2 days straight about her purse she left in my car with her money in it. I give her her purse so she can check for her money, cause I don’t go through people shit, and it’s a whole dollar in there....she’s 3.
5. They run experiments to support their hypotheses.
Just learned our 9y/o did an experiment on us. Lost tooth, told no one for 3d, kept tooth under his pillow. No $. Then he tells us he lost the tooth, next night there is money under his pillow. Then confronted us with his scientific evidence that the tooth fairy isn't real.
6. They understand the importance of etiquette.

My daughter started crying at the dentist office bc the dentist “is a boy” and the dentist said “sorry, there are no girl dentists at this office” & my daughter looked at me & said “why did we come here.”
9. They find pleasure in the things that matter.
get you someone who looks at you the way my brother looks at potatoes
10. They're motivated.
My 3yo said she wanted to be an astronaut, and I said she had to study hard, go to college, learn a lot of science, and take a physical fitness test, and she shrugged and said, "That's just 4 things." So she's basically a nonchalant motivational speaker.
11. But also wise beyond their years.
i asked my 8 yr old sister what she wanted to b when she grew up & she said “i actually dnt wanna b anything”. & when i asked her why not she said “its too much work”. i never felt anything on a spiritual level more than that right there
12. They don't put up with bullshit.

So my niece had to answer a question for school: 'If you could be any of your classmates who would you be & why?'
"I would not want to be any of my class mates because all of my class mates have too much friends. I would not like hanging out with friends all the time because if I have lots of friends I'll have to deal with lots of other people's problems. I would never want to be someone else that's not me. If I have to be someone sle for one trillion dollars then I would do it but if your not paying me I'm not doing it. I would want to stay myself and nobody else."
