Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, but I always skipped breakfast because I woke up so late every day. I challenged myself to wake up early enough to make a nice breakfast to start of the day. Each breakfast took 15-30 minutes to make. As the days went on, it became easier and easier to wake up early, and my internal clock adjusted to the point that I didn't need an alarm to wake up anymore. Win-win!
