19 Monday Struggles As Told By Cats

The struggle of having to put on actual pants.

1. On Sunday night when you realize you're going to have to crawl out of your cave and interact with other people the next day.

2. When your alarm goes off in the morning and it feels like you've only been asleep for 10 minutes.

3. When your mind says "get up" but your body is like "I'm never leaving this bed."

4. When you don't want to get out of the shower in the morning because you know it's going to be freaking freezing.

5. When you realize you have to put on actual pants to go to work.

6. When skipping life and going back to bed isn't really an option.

7. When you genuinely consider just showing up to work in your sweatpants.

8. When you make the definitive decision that you'd rather enter The Hunger Games than go to work.

9. When someone won't stop telling you about how amazing their weekend was.

10. When someone thinks it's OK to talk to you before you've had coffee.

11. When someone thinks it's OK to talk to you, period.

12. When your coffee doesn't even give you energy, it just barely keeps you from falling asleep.

13. When you catch your reflection in a random surface and realize what a huge mess you look like.

14. When you have a million things to do but all you can think about is what time you'll be reunited with your bed.

15. When you notice that Monday is extremely far from Friday and Friday is extremely close to Monday.

16. When you're positive that five hours have passed then you look at the clock and it's only been two minutes.

17. When people say, "You look tired."

18. When you spend your entire day calculating how many hours until you can nap again.

19. And finally, when you get home and wish that food could be delivered telepathically because you're way too tired to think about cooking ANYTHING.
