A Poetic Excuse

I usually try to get an article out about once a week.. but for the last few weeks I've fallen down on the job. This week was looking much the same so I used my poetic skills and came up with something!

I usually write

once a week

but nobody ever

hears me speak

or write

or type

or whatever I do

or in this case don't

the main point is

that this week I won't!

There's nothing new for people to read

well, nothing new that is

from me

except for this poem that's a sad excuse

a bit contrived

and a little obtuse!

I hope you nonetheless enjoy it though

I'll now stop mumbling and away I go!
