This mom apparently thought dressing her child as a fictional sexual fantasy would be not only appropriate, but a grand idea!
The mom was shocked and enraged when her child (yes, he is holding zip ties) was sent home from school for having an "offensive costume" and told to change.
She just couldn't understand why his teacher got away with dressing as cold-blooded killer Dexter Morgan.
Well...let's just say two wrongs don't make a right.
Yes, that child is holding ZIP TIES.
Dressed as a character from an EROTICA novel his mom probably got off to.
"Every child of the age of 11 knows who [Christian Grey] is," she told ITV’s Good Morning Britain.
The outraged mama even spoke to The Manchester Evening News about her dilemma.
"One of the teachers went dressed as Dexter and I don't see why sex is seen as more offensive than murder," she said "If it was a primary school I could understand but it's a secondary school and the book and the film have been everywhere. It's one of the most famous books in recent years and it's not like the pupils will be unaware of it."
Look, just because you can do THIS...
Doesn't mean it's a good idea.
Hopefully this kid can have a laugh about it years from now.
