Protesters: Women Who Dress Like Prostitutes Deserve Cab Rides, Too

Demonstrators gathered Thursday outside New York City Hall to protest a bill that would penalize cabbies for ferrying prostitutes. The protesters fear that cab drivers will mistake scantily clad women for ladies of the night. Or, as one protester said, "You don’t have a shirt on that tells if you’re a prostitute or not." Indeed.
