Constance Wu adores her baby girl’s features!
During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Hustlers actor gushed about her daughter’s “blue butt."
"I had a beautiful baby girl in August," Constance said. "She's the best. She has a full head of hair. She has a blue butt."
"Yes, her butt is the color blue," Constance continued. "There's this thing, I had never heard of it before. But it's called a Mongolian spot.”
“Apparently, it happens in a lot of Asian babies, and my boyfriend and I are both Asian,” she explained. “And it's where your butt is blue for like the first two years of your life, and then it just goes away.”
The “Mongolian spot” is medically known as congenital melanocytosis, and it’s a birthmark that a child gets at birth or soon after.
“I just think it's a very special thing,” Constance said. “And it's not something she gets to show off while she's walking down the street.”
She added, “Not that she's walking yet. But I thought I would just tell you about her little blue butt. It's very special."
Constance’s boyfriend, Ryan Kattner, also loves their daughter’s “blue butt.” She said that he was inspired to write a song about it for his band, Man Man.
"He actually wrote a song about her blue butt," Constance revealed. "So that will be on his next album."
