Nathan and Cara are the only winners of Love Island who are still together. Since appearing on the show in 2016, they've gotten married and welcomed a baby boy, Freddie.

Alex and Olivia became firm favourites in the 2016 series of Love Island after they coupled up thanks to their undeniable chemistry. After coming second in the final, they went on to marry in 2018 and are now said to be one of the most successful couples to come out of the show.

Dominic and Jess Lever

Dom was one of the original islanders in the 2017 series of the show and soon coupled up with Jess. After she was dumped on day 17, Dom decided to take a leap of faith and follow her a few days after. The couple infamously married on Good Morning Britain while wearing their swimwear. They then followed that up with an official ceremony and have since welcomed their baby.

Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague

Molly-Mae and Tommy came second in the 2019 series of the show. Coupled throughout most of the series, they were beaten to first place by Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea.

Maura Higgins and Curtis Pritchard

The coupling of Curtis and Maura caused waves in the villa – after Curtis dumped his day one, Amy, Maura made it clear that she was interested in the dancer and they've been together ever since.

Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt

Camilla's journey in the Love Island villa was a bit of a rollercoaster. The humanitarian worker initially coupled up with Jonny which resulted in her drumming up support after he voiced that he felt like feminism "believes in almost inequality." After that romance died in the water, Jamie eventually walked into the villa and stole her heart. The couple have been together ever since.

After appearing on the show in 2018, Kaz continued to date her Love Island boyfriend, Josh but after breaking up six months after their stint on the show, Kaz was soon linked to Theo from the 2017 series. The couple have been travelling the world together ever since and are currently in Thailand.

Wes Nelson and Arabella Chi

Wes finished the 2018 series of Love Island in fourth place with Megan Barton Hanson by his side. After splitting up soon after their time on the show, Wes has gone on to date Arabella who appeared on the 2019 series.
