With the government shutdown in affect, Jimmy Kimmel has been hiring federal workers to be a part of his late-night show.
Jimmy decided to bring on a TSA agent who is currently working without pay.
When asked what are some of the biggest challenges to being a TSA agent, she said that the language barrier can cause awkward situations.
On the one year anniversary of legal marijuana in California, Jimmy wanted this agent to use her expertise in a game called 'Who's High?'
Jimmy's producer Sal grabbed three people from the streets of Hollywood — one of them was high and two were not. First up was Andrew from Maryland.
Andrew was asked if he has EVER smoked marijuana.
Next up was Jurmyni from Colorado— and Jimmy asked him again if that's his actual name.
And finally there was Looie from London.
Each participant was asked what they had for lunch and honestly they were all really high-sounding answers.
Jurmyni sounded high as hell with his answer.
And good 'ol Looie seemed suspect with her double-double response.
Then there was the eye test.
All of that air may have gotten to Jurmyni.
The TSA agent's first guess was Looie! And it turns out that she was not high, but Sal knew who was.
So who was high? It was our friend Andrew!
All of the lucky participants didn't go home empty handed — they were each awarded a free can of whipped cream!
