Cauliflower has been predicted by various food blogs as the new ~seriously everywhere~ vegetable, with appearances ranging from mashed "potatoes" to vegan "chicken wings." Will 2017 finally be our cruciferous underdog's turn to shine?

Trend No. 1: Cauliflower as the new Kale

Feeling like pizza, sushi, or even bottle service? Drones are now delivering! And before you ask why, ask yourself why not? Expedient service, zero operator to tip, and a cold six-pack that could be delivered straight to your front door... Seriously, what's not to love?

Trend No. 2: Drones as the future of food delivery

Tacos everywhere! And no longer just when you're getting Mexican. From Kalbi to Ice Cream, tacos are literally entering the realms of every single type of cuisine. Taco 'bout that!

Trend No. 3: TACO FEVER.

Food waste and sustainability has been a HUGE ongoing issue. To tackle this, some chefs have developed recipes incorporating whole ingredients... Say hello to carrot-top pestos, broccoli stem tacos, corn-husk stock broths, and many more!

Trend No. 4: Zero-waste cooking.
