Vanna White Has Reportedly Gone 18 Years Without A Pay Raise On "Wheel Of Fortune"

A Puck news report claims the Wheel of Fortune co-host is negotiating her deal.

Vanna White has been a fixture of Wheel of Fortune since 1982.

Her co-host Pat Sajak joined the prior year, and for about 40 years, they've been a stalwart duo of network TV.

This is about to change, though, as Pat is planning to retire from Wheel of Fortune at the conclusion of the 2023–24 season, which is set to begin in September.

On Tuesday, it was announced Ryan Seacrest will replace him in the new year.

In his statement about the new job, Ryan indicated Vanna will stay on as his co-host.

Amid the lineup changes on Wheel of Fortune, Puck reported last week that Vanna hasn't received a raise in 18 years for her role on the syndicated game show and is in negotiations on her deal, which is apparently set to end after the upcoming season.

The report did note that Vanna has received bonuses "but never a straight pay increase."

According to Puck, Vanna makes "about $3 million a year," though Pat makes "almost fives times as much."

Vanna has reportedly hired Bryan Freedman, a lawyer who has previously represented Tucker Carlson and Chris Cuomo, to help broker a new deal.

Representatives for Sony Pictures Entertainment, which produces Wheel of Fortune, and Bryan Freedman did not immediately return BuzzFeed's request for confirmation on Puck's reporting.
