Fellowship Cruise Survey

The Jack Kohler-Suanhacky Campership Association is considering a 7 day fellowship cruise in 2016. The cruise would be open to any Association member and their families. The cruise would be aboard the Norweigian Cruise lines (NCL) Breakaway sailing from New York City to either Bermuda or the Bahamas/Florida. There are many factors that we must consider before making anything definite and we need your help to put this together. Below is an interest survey that we are asking you to complete and return to us by July 1, 2015.

We understand that every family has different needs and we will not be able to accommodate everyone. The prices shown below are SAMPLE base prices as of May 31, 2015. The actual prices may go up or down depending upon availability, accommodation level, etc. We can't even start to calculate discounts, perks, etc until we know when and who is going.

Reservations will be made direct to NCL group office. Even if the Kohler Association "Group" doesn't gel, your reservation is still good and you can choose to go or not go based on when your deposit is paid.
