Garlic Broccoli Shrimp Stir-Fry

Serves 4INGREDIENTS1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined3 cloves garlic, minced2 cups broccoli florets½ onion, diced1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce2 tablespoons sesame oil, divided½ teaspoon salt, dividedPREPARATION1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.2. Pour in the shrimp and season with ¼ teaspoon of the salt. 3. Fry the shrimp for 1 minute on each side.4. Remove the shrimp from the pan and pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.5. Toss in the onion, broccoli, and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to soften. 6. Add in the garlic and soy sauce and sauté until the garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.7. Toss the shrimp back into the pan and mix until everything is well incorporated and the shrimp is fully cooked, about 1 minute.8. Divide the mixture evenly between 4 bowls.9. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

Serves 4INGREDIENTS1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined2 carrots, diced1 cup snow peas, sliced2 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce2 tablespoons sesame oil½ teaspoon salt, dividedPREPARATION1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.2. Pour in the shrimp and season with ¼ teaspoon of the salt. 3. Fry the shrimp for 1 minute on each side.4. Remove the shrimp from the pan and pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.5. Toss in the carrots and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to soften. 6.
