Honey Mustard Pita Pockets

INGREDIENTS
2 cups chicken breast, shredded
½ cup whole grain mustard
⅓ cup honey
1 cup basil leaves, torn
1 red bell pepper, diced
½ teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
4-6 pita bread halves
PREPARATION
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, mustard, honey, basil, bell pepper, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and salt.
2. Spoon the mixture into the pita bread halves to desired fullness and serve.
