Miso Sriracha Mason Jar Noodles
Here's a video showing how to make it:
1 piece shiitake mushroom
¼ cup cooked shredded chicken breast
¼ cup snow pea, thinly sliced
¼ cup carrot, shredded
¼ cup alfalfa
¼ teaspoon ginger, grated
¼ teaspoon garlic, grated
1.7 ounces glass noodle
3 tablespoons miso
½ tablespoon Sriracha
1. In a glass mason jar, place miso and Sriracha sauce on the bottom. Add grated ginger and garlic. Place Glass noodles, and layer the toppings. Close the lid tightly.
2. Chill until ready to eat - up to 3 days.
3. Before you eat, add boiling water into the jar. Close the lid and steep it for 3 minutes. Open the lid and stir well.
