Season 3 of "Scandal" ended several months ago, and TBH I think we are all needing a quick Jake Ballard fix. After all, it's been a long, hot summer.
I mean, just look at him.
Those mysterious eyes.
That protruding muscle.
And that sexy scruff.
The last time we saw him on "Scandal," he and Olivia Pope were... LOL JK BACK TO PICS AND GIFS.
Here he is shirtless in bed laughing while reading the morning paper.
Again.
Last year he was in the running to be named People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive.
The possibility of landing the title took him* by surprise.
The truth is Scott Foley is "necessarily" sexy, and we ALL know it.
