Oh, The Joys Of KPop...

After stumbling upon the wonderfulness that is KPop a few years ago, I now feel like I need to share it with everyone.

SHINee

This was the very first KPop music video I ever watched. "Hello" is sweet and cute and man, that car is pretty. So is Taemin (the guy with the wavy red hair).

SHINee didn't stop at cutesy and fun either. Check out this video for "Lucifer". Yet again, Taemin is ridiculously cute (he's the one with the red pants).

Kim Hyun Joong

This guy was in a few dramas that I had watched. I then found out that he was a part of a group called SS501 and was doing solo work. Thank you Jesus. ("Breakdown" ft. Double K)

And here's the version where he dances around in water with his shirt off. Accompanied by the hilarious/serious Pirates of the Caribbean intro.

Big Bang

Big Bang is pretty popular outside of Korea. Its definitely obvious why. ("Fantastic Baby")

From Big Bang, we were given G-DRAGON. And he is amazing. (and very silly.) ("Michi Go")

TOP has been exploring solo as well. He and G-DRAGON make some sweet music together. ("Baby Good Night")

U-KISS

Oh look at all the pretty guys. :) Seriously though, they make some awesomely catchy songs. ("Standing Still")

2PM

Another of my early favorites, 2PM never fails to deliver great beats. ("Hands Up")

There isn't an official MV for this song, but it is my personal favorite. ("Electricity" and "Hands Up" live)

EXO

I am a fairly new EXO fan, but I've been impressed with everything so far. ("Machine")

There is no official video for this one, but "Two Moons" is an awesome song featuring Key from SHINee. (side note: this is the almost English version. the original Korean version is a little less goofy.. aka no rolling like a buffalo.)

Super Junior

There are so many!!!! Super Junior is a huge group of talented singers, rappers, and dancers. ("Sexy Free Single")

Super Junior also has subgroups! This is Super Junior-M and they sing most of the groups songs in Mandarin. ("Break Down")

This is Super Junior KRY singing "Promise You" in Japanese. (KRY also sings in Korean and Mandarin, but their sound is different from regular Super Junior songs.)

B2ST (BEAST)

This video for "Beautiful Night" looks like so much fun!

This is "Bad Girl". Super catchy.

Royal Pirates

RP is not a new group, but steadily getting more popular. ("Shout Out")

JYJ

JYJ may or may not get back together, but their music is definitely worth a listen (or a million.) ("Get Out")

XIA is a part of JYJ and this song is wonderful. ("Incredible")

Kim Jaejoong is also part of JYJ. He is a bit more on the rock side :) ("Mine")

Zion T.

The video is great, and this song is probably the one I've played most in my car. Zion is adorable, and so is Gaeko. ("Babay" ft. Gaeko)

Jay Park

Jay Park is a very popular solo artist now. He's done a few songs with a couple of American artists, but his Korean songs are the best. He can alternate between party music, r&b,and rap very well. ("I Like 2 Party")

I can honestly say that this is the best music video that I have ever watched. ("You Deserve Better" ft. Sanchez of Phantom)

Phantom

I haven't heard a lot from these guys, but I love this song. ("Burning")

DMTN (Dalmatian)

I also haven't heard much from these guys either. but "Emergency" has a very dark and kind of sexy video.

SHINHWA

I'm relatively new to this group even though they have been out since the late 90's. They kind of seem like the BSB or N'SYNC of KPop :) ("This Love")

All of these groups are worth a few hours of YouTube watching and then some.
