1. page corner bookmarks / Via http://tallys%20treasury

Page corner bookmarks are cute, practical and deeply under-represented in the world.* They’re easy to make, easy to customize, and will set you apart from all those same-same flat rectangular bookmarks. Corner bookmarks are where it’s at.

2. Popsicle Stick Bracelets / Via

- Popsicle (or craft) Sticks

- A Cup

- Water

- Pretty Paper

- Mod Podge

O1. Soak your popsicle sticks in water for a few hours. You want them to be bendy, so it'll probably take like three hours.

O2. Now you want to put them in teh cup (like the picture in the set). This will give them their shape, so try to get a cup slightly larger than your wrist.

Let them sit overnight.

* You will probably break a few trying to get them in the cup. It's no big deal, just make some extra.

O3. ModPodge your scrapbooking paper or whatever to your popsicle stick.

* You may want to sand down the edges. It'll look more complete than just cutting them off.

So simple, so cute. (:

3. Vintage-Inspired String Holders / Via

Here’s a fun craft tutorial inspired by vintage string holders. I love those cute pottery heads with strings coming out of their mouths like they’re eating spaghetti. So fun!

String holders are super handy to have around for craft projects, whether you’re crocheting, tying up a package, or simply keeping string and cord organized. I hope you enjoy these little guys!

4. How-To Bath Fizzies / Via

ce-cube trays serve as molds, giving the fizzies their shape. Using a flexible silicone model lets you slide the cubes out smoothly without breaking them.

Show off the colors of the bath fizzies in glass jars with screw tops, the kind used for storing sugar and flour. Pack each type of fizzy in a separate jar so the scents won't meld. Write the name of the scent on a vellum tag (choose a shade that matches the fizzies), and punch a hole in the top. Thread the tag with ribbon, and tie it around the jar.

Citric acid, a common food additive, is available at wine-making-supply stores, some spice shops, and online. When citric acid is combined with baking soda and placed in water, a chemical reaction creates bubbles.

ecycle those old light bulbs and create darling vases for your next party or event! Simply hang them from branches or outdoor yard hooks! Fill with small buds or greenery for a whimsical little vase! In order to sit upright, you have to set your light bulb on a round washer or some sort of rubber round in order for it to stay stable. We love them hanging though!

STEP 1: Carefully peel off the contact at the base of the light bulb using needle-nose pliers. Lightly tap the black glass at the base of the light bulb with a hammer (be careful + wear safety goggles). It might take a bit of practice to carefully crack this black glass.

STEP 2: Remove the inner wires of the light bulb (use the needle-nose pliers or Allen wrench).

STEP 3: Fill with water + your flowers!

STEP 4 (optional): If hanging, tie light bulb with twine or ribbon and securely attach to branch or hook.

7. Chalkboard Necklace / Via

This necklace would make for a super fun (any occasion) gift, as you can include just about any message your heart desires on the chalkboard. Some ideas to get the brain cells moving…get well, bff, love, a special date, initials, a sweet simple “hi”!…you get the drift!

{wouldn’t it make the perfect gift for a teacher!?}

Without further ado…let’s get crafting!

8. Let it Snow Globe: How to Make Your Own DIY Snow Globe! / Via

For our snow globe, we opted for a generally festive theme, but if you want mini snow flurries in your globe, find icy-colored glitter and snowflake confetti to create those whorls of white. Snow globes are also great ways to capture memories — fill a globe with a souvenir from a recent trip to create a travel-themed globe, or locate an inside joke-ridden childhood trinket to make a globe for a friend. The possibilities are endless!

9. DIY Pinwheel Earrings / Via

These pinwheel earrings are easy and inexpensive to make and they're simply perfect for spring! All you need is some scrapbook paper in a pattern and colors you like, along with some jewelry findings and Mod Podge, and you're well on your way to the cutest pair of handmade earrings!
