Happy Birthday to the biggest buzzfeed fan I know.

1. She is really beautiful

And sometimes she let's is play in it! Especially on sunny summer days, and frequently on non-sunny summer days too.

4. She is the choreography queen

From California girls to Alice in wonderland. From Barbie to Grange Hill. This chick can choreograph the fun into any routine.

Just do not, whatever you do, mention lady gaga...

5. Everywhere is her stage

And she isn't shy of showcasing this choreography in public places. Admittedly mostly after a few drinks. #leamlife #theparadeisourcatwalk

6. See you on Sunday- 10 till 2. Bring snacks.

Travelling from far and wide to run rehearsal sessions, sorcha is committed and everyone is happy to be in one of her sessions (even the 5 hour ones).

Up until that dreaded fortnight before a performance when she starts the "name and shame" "do it until you do it right" phase of show panic, her rehearsals are the funnest things ever. Okay, even then, they're still the funnest thing ever.

They tend to involve snacks (often baked, please refer to point 13), laughter, bean bag cuddles and FORTS!!!

7. She is "The Girl With All The Hair."

Nicknamed so by a group of professional hair artists as they approached with steely determination and all the rollers in their possession.

She has the number one best head of hair of all human beings.

I would say that she loves Jacking it to Jesus, but luckily for her, and unluckily for everyone around her, it's really just naturally glorious.

8. Patsy!

Patsy has been a faithful companion on many a dance costume/pop costume/tour/comp shop adventure and on many panic-fueled speedy journeys to hunt down the missing item from my handbag. She has also witnessed secret conversations, pyjama journeys and hundreds of train station calls.

9. AHHHHHHH SORCHAAAAAA

Her rare and exotic name means that "it's pronounced Serica" is her number 1 most used phrase.

It also means that she has no personalised memorabilia from any tourist attraction she has ever visited (apart from that weird sorchasaurus dino cute thing). Because of this, she feels compelled to write her name on, well, everything.

10. Onsie, Twosie, Threesie, SORCHY!

Sorcha loves a onesie. So much that she could probably build quite a substantial army of onesies if Northampton were ever engulfed by a battle of loungewear.

11. She's always there to help a friend in need

I am thankful for all the times she brought snacks to my study sessions, listened to me trying to make life decisions at 2am, drove me miles searching for my phone, picked me up at 11pm in my pyjamas just so we could watch toddlers & tiaras together... ETC ETC.

12. A puppy is a Sorcha's best friend

If there were any human who could train this lil pup Lola to become a showgirl of the incredibly fluffy canine variety, Sorcha would be the woman for the job.

13. The great Sorcha bake-off

Men, women and feminists alike want Sorcha to get back in the kitchen.

I truly believe that her Cayenne Pecans are solely responsible for the size of my thighs.

14. Her snapchats are absolute gold

So golden in fact that if I published the best of the bunch I would have no friend to create a buzzfeed about.

She is the snuggliest friend we've all ever had.

And everybody loves her for it.

16. Christmasorcha

Sorcha is one of those people who are CONSTANTLY on the count down the Christmas. She cracks out Mariah Carey at the earliest acceptable (sometimes still unacceptable) date, we schedule our first-mince-pie-of-the-season date before December has begun and she enjoys such festive activities as making 35,000 candy sleighs for her friends.

Her love of Christmas is intense.

Sorcha loves cocktails. A lot. A lot a lot. Like Hallie loves Cuppy a lot.

In fact just the other night she arrived home only to send me three messages in a row including the word "cocktails." I think she likes them.

And she likes jelly shots almost as much.

Unlike her dad. Who we know from experience, isn't such a fan...

She is brilliant at bringing us all together and exquisitely hosting us all. All the time.
