You can’t repeal the health care law, not now. It needs to get through the House AND Senate, and then be signed by the President. If the repeal gets to the White House it will be vetoed (this should be obvious, it’s Obama’s legacy, why in the world would he sign a repeal?), and then you’ll need a two-third majority in both the House and Senate to override the veto. This is not going to happen, ever, in the next four years. So please knock it off, recognize the current political landscape, and consider legislation that isn’t DOA when it leaves one chamber for the next.
