    7 Things That Prevent You From Falling Asleep At Night

    You wake up at a reasonable hour, you should be able to go to sleep at a reasonable hour. No.

    1. The back and forth about whether or not you have to pee.



    It feels like you should go, but then you'd have to get up, so you're like "I'll just hold it." But then you start thinking if you don't get up you could fall into a deep sleep and pee the bed...

    2. Having set your alarm for 6 a.m. in hopes of waking up and working out before you tackle your day.

    At first you're optimistic...



    ...but then you start arguing with yourself...


    and then you decide...


    *repeat cycle*

    3. Phantom ticking clocks.



    You don't own any clocks...



    ...but the sound is coming from somewhere...right?

    4. Thinking about that argument you had earlier where you should've said that great line but didn't.



    So then you're all:

    5. Thoughts of dying alone.



    OR WORSE....



    6. That brilliant idea that's going to make you a billionaire.
