Burning Man is about to fire up and its guests (aka Burners) are ready to show you the gifts they'll share around the camp (aka the Playa).
Tens of thousands attend the Burning Man festival every year to dance, spread love and share gifts with one another amongst the playa.
The act of gift giving, as one of the 10 Principles of Burning Man, is very important and is at the heart of the festival's community and culture.
Gifting isn't about replacing money.
It's an attempt to break down barriers between Burners and change the way they interact with each other.
It pushes some out of their comfort zone to try and create a special gift for a friend that they haven't met.
