    Community Rallies Around Two National Guard Soldiers Who Lost Everything Including Their Two Dogs A Week Before Christmas

    Last night, two members of the New York Army National Guard lost everything in a devastating house fire, including their two beloved German shepherds, Bohica and Kodiak.

    Sergeant Frist Class Jake Montesano is a two tour combat vet and his wife Sergeant Jill Montesano was in the process of de-mobilizing at Camp Shelby, MI from her first deployment.

    To suffer such a loss less than a week before Christmas only adds to the tragedy of what should have been a happy homecoming this weekend.

    The couple's sister-in-law has started a donation drive at go fund me gofundme.com/5umx8c and has already raised $3000 in the first hour!
