    Remember Rhys from The Bachelorette Australia? He's been off the show for a whole week, so you'd be forgiven for forgetting.

    Except, who could forget those poems?

    ANYWAY. He's changed his look a bit since leaving the Bach mansion and opened up his Instagram, and it's... quite something.

    Here he is, probably composing a poem in his head about his right nipple.

    Here he is lotioning up his best mate Tommy from The Bachelorette Australia. (Remember, the guy who spoke about three words and broke all our hearts?)

    Here Rhys is just really fucking happy to be eating greens out of a plastic container, like the good stock image model he no doubt aspires to be.

    And here he is just chilling with some puppies.

    Some totally real puppies that he didn't photoshop onto this shirtless photo of himself AT ALL.
