    Can't Resist That Doughnut When You're On A Diet? You're Not Alone

    The results from our diet habits survey are in, and they are telling on what makes (or breaks) people's diets. Will your diet be a success in 2015?

    Each year, losing weight and getting healthy are at the top of the list of resolutions Americans make. It's easy to say you want to make a change, but implementing that change can be difficult. Diet success is based around a number of factors, including exercise, nutrition and motivation. We wondered what the typical habits are of people who have dieted before. How often do they exercise? Have they been dieting since a young age, or are they just getting started now? How successful are their diets? What roadblocks caused them to be unsuccessful when their diets failed?

    To get the answers to these questions and more, we surveyed more than 500 people ages 18 and older. Check out the infographic below to see how often people work out, whether they use online tools to track their healthy habits, what kept their diets from being a success and other dieting habits.
