pumpkin-shaped waffles made using the orange griddle

It comes with a book of recipes plus access to an online database with even more.

Promising review: "This mini waffle maker probably makes the smallest waffles yet!! They're so cute and tiny but just as good as any waffle made with a full sized maker! The pumpkin print comes out perfectly on the top of the waffle and the underside of the waffle has the classic waffle iron print. I love this waffle maker and use it year round!" —Johna S.

Get it from Target for $9.99.

    6. A velvet Jungalow throw pillow that I can't help but think has been inspired by the colors of a ~certain~ triangular Halloween treat... (Love 'em or hate 'em, who else here finds it virtually impossible to resist shoving a few kernels of them in their mouth?!)

the terracotta pillow with multicolored fringe

Promising review: "Really soft pillow! I loved the tassels and the feeling of it! It definitely makes a statement with the color but it fit the vibe of our living room perfectly! Also, my kids have spilled a little juice here and there on it, and it's done fine with a quick damp rag to spot clean." —Thisiparis

    8. A dried pampas grass bundle for an autumnal take on a floral bouquet (that you don't have to worry about killing off if you don't tend to it). These chic, fluffy decorations just ooze sophisticated cozy vibes that, be warned, might just transform your home into a boutique hotel.

    Amazon, Jasmin Sandal/BuzzFeed

I lovingly call this wispy bunch "my foo-foos" because that's just what they embody to me. Fluffy fall decor that...won't die if I don't water it. It's just perfect. Once they arrived I set them out in the sun (like the brand suggested) so they could expand and fluff out to their full potential before giving them a quick spritz of hairspray to help with shedding — they haven't shed since! They're the last stylish touch I needed, along with this vase, to tie my neutral-themed bedroom together.

Promising review: "I wanted to find a floral arrangement for my vase and I stumbled upon this pampas grass plant and it was perfect! You can pretty much arrange the pieces how you want because they come individually wrapped. A great buy." —Crystal Edwards

Get it from Amazon for $22.99.

    9. Glossier Cloud Paint blends like a cream for subtle, buildable color when you want to maintain your summer glow well into the overcast months. The lightweight formula means it won't ever look cakey, and you can dab some on your lids for days when you're feeling matchy-matchy.

Another model with a darker skin tone with the blush on

Our Deputy Editorial Director Maitland Quitmeyer uses this and says: "Cloud Paint might be the easiest-to-apply blush of all time. I am incredibly pale, and a lot of blushes get full Haunted Victorian Doll really quick. Two dabs of this and a quick blend, and the natural pink flush is there — and any excess product I just pop on my eyelids for a cute matchy look. It adds some hydrated dimension to an otherwise matte face of foundation, feels SUPER comfortable on, and lasts (on me at least) all day! There is a little bit of a learning curve when squeeeeezing the product out (it can be easy at first to waste some), but once you're used to it, squeezin's a breeze. The good news is you only need a teeeeensy tad, so the tube lasts (The Sandlot voice) FOR-E-VER!"

Promising review: "I am such a minimalist when it comes to makeup. I used to never use blush or bronzer. A simple tinted moisturizer with some concealer and whatever. BUT CLOUD PAINT CHANGED THAT. I absolutely love the color and glow it adds to my face. And it only takes three seconds to put it on. Perfect for a makeup minimalist like me." —Jennifer T

Get it from Glossier for $18 (available in eight shades).

Promising review: "I'm 27 and this is my second time purchasing these masks. I use these about once every other week or so. I have seen drastic improvements in my skin. After one use my skin was not nearly as dry and flaky. My face seemed a lot more supple and plump as well. After continued use, I have noticed my fine lines on my forehead are less noticeable and the overall texture of my skin is more smooth compared to bumpy looking. I also noticed I don't look as tired even though I'm exhausted LOL. My uneven skin tone has improved and my face has brightened some. I live and work in the city and I think you can tell by my skin appearance but after using these my skin looks fresh, soft, and has a nice glow to it even after one use. I will continue to keep these masks stocked in my vanity." —Rachel

Their breathable quality feels like a vacation and yes, because they're 100% linen they do take a couple sleeps to soften up. I was super new to the idea of linen sheets when I received these, but, honestly, I was a convert overnight. I've washed 'em once and the initial scratchy quality has certainly dissipated. They also look *so* chic (seriously, I'm in awe of how the caramel stripe pattern has transformed the look of my bedroom) and I'm even convinced they're helping me to get a better night's sleep!

And I just love me a multitasking product so I don't have to store as many products on my small bathroom counter!

Promising review: "This is literally my favorite full-body and hair oil ever! For the price, I thought maybe it would be full of filler ingredients, but it is not. It is 100% natural and not greasy at all. I use it on my legs, hands, and arms. My daughter, who has very curly hair, uses it as a hair oil daily and it does wonders on her coils (3c). Highly recommend." —Olivia

Get it from Ulta for $24.

    20. A set of warmly tinted string lights that are specifically designed for curtains and window treatments. Because the last time I checked, a wall flush with twinkly lights is the *only* way to create a cozy, fall-themed wonderland.

The lights are waterproof, have eight light settings controlled by a remote, and can be used indoors or outdoors. Layer the light strings with sheer curtains to create a cozy haven. And BTW, some reviewers noted that these curtains can be tricky to hang up by yourself because the lights get tangled, but many shared a hack: Don't untie the long lights from each other until you've already hung up the curtain.

This small business is female-owned by an absolute badass who also writes poetry. My all-time favorites are the seasonal options, but the classics are unbeatable as well. 28. A Bearaby chunky-knit weighted blanket you've been hemming and hawing over for months now. Everyone in your group chat reacted with either a heart or a thumbs-up, officially got the approval to move it from "saved" to "checkout" this season!

Model underneath the midnight blue blanket

Deputy Editorial Director Maitland Quitmeyer has one and says: "I have this in the cooling version (in the color 'avocado') and let's just say I've used it quite a bit in recent times. The large knit style is super chic, and the organic cotton is breathable (and there's nothing in it to create the weight *other* than cotton). I *love* it, and it's actually extremely cute, looking like a regular old fancy blanket! It's heavy, but still I take it from bed to couch and back to bed all the time as I WFH. It doesn't overheat on the couch (thanks to the fabric and the 'holes' in the large knit), but provides a pleasant weight as I watch TV or work. And when it's layered over my duvet, it keeps me extra cozy and warm."

Promising review: "I love this napper a little too much. I carry it up and down stairs all day as I move between the bed and couch for crafting, reading, etc. I like to grasp onto something when I sleep (usually the edge of the pillowcase), so the loops are awesome for tucking in my fingers and toes. Unlike another weighted blanket I own, the napper is stylish so I don't mind if it's out in the living room, and I can wash it, a huge deal given how often it's used. It's a bit of a pain to dry (it took three cycles in the dryer, so next time I am going to hand dry). The weight is very comforting, and I don't have an issue with overheating, even using it in the middle of summer in a muggy climate." —Madeline B.

Get it from Bearaby for $249+ (available in three weights and nine colors).

    29. A natural dream balm made with soothing ingredients like lavender, chamomile, mugwort, and valerian oils to help you calmly nod off and adjust once the clocks fall back.

A Dream Balm in a round purple container

Woodland Herbal is an Ohio-based Etsy shop established in 2018 that specializes in skincare, salves, and tea blends.

Promising review: "I tried it last night and I haven’t slept this hard in a long time. The smell alone is soothing when you put it on your temples as you drift off to sleep. I usually toss and turn but I slept like a rock." —Emily Irvin

Get it from Woodland Herbal on Etsy for $14.

    30. Spanx faux leather leggings to upgrade the see-through ones you've been lounging in since the beginning of the pandem'. These'll keep your bottom half comfy, covered, and, don't worry, will not show off your brightly colored undergarms as the temps start to dwindle.

    Nordstrom, Heather Braga/BuzzFeed

One of our editors, Heather Braga, *loves* the fall, almost as much as she loves these leggings — here's her take: "I splurged on these and I don't know why I waited so long! They're super soft on the inside, edgy on the outside, and just freakin' fabulous. I love pairing them with an oversized sweater for a look that's stylish but still cozy during the winter and wearing them with a denim jacket and a graphic tee in spring and fall."

Promising review: "Spanx are comfortable — I could even lift and stretch in these! Breathable as well! They give great shape and DO NOT camel toe! No wrinkling/scrunching of that area! They do have more silvery sheen to them, and a waistband (which give a more casual look)." —Nordstrom Customer
