It's lardy cake, but it also goes by \*deep breath\* lardy bread, lardy Johns, fourses cake and dough cake, so those are all acceptable answers too.

They're Chelsea buns! While they _do_ look a bit like cinnamon rolls, these have currants in them.

They're Welsh cakes (also known as bakestones), a griddle-cooked treat that contains currants.

It's Parkin, a Yorkshire gingerbread cake made with treacle and oats.

It's a Battenburg cake! A light cake held together with jam and then covered in marzipan.

It's a malt loaf! A sweet, chewy snack that usually contains raisins.

This is a Scottish black bun, which is essentially a fruit cake encased in pastry.
