    When your friend tries to convince you to go to the gym

    When bed is literally calling to you

    When you try to find the gym's redeeming qualities

    When people try to guilt you into going but you literally have no shame

    When you think about how intimidating all the other people there are

    But you know you should go, even though changing your habits is hard

    And it's a good way to balance out your love of ice cream and alcohol

    And you shouldn't be intimidated. It's not about losing weight it's about being your best self. You've got it girl and you should flaunt it.
